Product: CQ62_402AU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello, my laptop model is CQ62-402AU, when i power on, showing "Enter Administrator Password or Power On Password", after 3 times trying with the wrong passwords, showing "System Disabled Key: 51375967".  Can anyone help please? Thank you very much.
