Hello,
since 2 weeks I have an error when my laptop starts: Firmware update of the USB Type-C controller / CCG4 Primary 1-Port ControlUsbcptal

I have no idea where this is coming from, because the laptop does not have a Type-C port....

I then tried to look for new drivers via the "HP Support Assistant" and found the driver pack q85 v01.017, but this cannot be installed with a "BIOS signature not correct".
I also get the same error when I go directly into the BIOS and try to execute the BIOS update there.

At the moment the following BIOS is installed: Q85 Ver. 01.16.00 - 04/22/2021

I hope something can still be saved here...

OK, i found a way to diasble the Firmware update of Typ-C update in the BIOS configuration...

But still the new firmware can't be installed because of the signature failure

No one has an idea why the signature still not works?
