Replacing the CMOS battery does not remove the UEFI settings, it only resets them to the defaults.
We have no way of knowing what changes you have made, and since those are lost now, you will have to go into the settings and make them yourself.

The BIOS is not protected by an Admin password -- as that only protects Windows.
BIOS passwords are encoded into the firmware of the motherboard and we have no access of any kind to that. Changing such a password requires completely replacing the motherboard with a new one that does NOT have a password encoded into the firmware -- and that usually costs a LOT more than simply replacing the computer.
I wish we could help you -- but we can't, since we have no way from here to verify ownership of any computer.

Sorry -- we are unable to assist you with that.
