Hi
My BIOS on my dv-77037ez gets corrupted and so only the caps lock led blinks twice. I think the only way to fix this is to update the BIOS from an USB drive. But on the HP site there are no downloads available for my pc. I had an old bios update file (sp68425) and I try to do the USB drive from there. Unfortunately I get to the page where "Create Recovery USB flash drive" is selected but "Next" is disabled. So my questions:
1. Where can I get a working BIOS file for my computer so I am able to create a BIOS recovery USB
2. Why "Next" is disabled on my BIOS update utility
Please help me so I can continue to use this PC. Thanks

I fix this issue by my self. According to Solved: Re: Cant create bootable USB bios disk. - HP Support Community - 5978684 it seams that my notebook is to old and so maybe I can't create an USB with the bios. As a solution it that post was to use HP PC Hardware Diagnostics 4-IN-1 (HP PC Hardware Diagnostics | HP® Support) tool. I made such kind of an USB Stick with legacy bios and that works for me.
