Hello to the HP community!
I've noticed some black magic assistance being provided with unknown Power on Password master passwords, and after trying a bunch of known passwords for the ex employee, a BIOS reinstall, Cmos reset and general curses, I conceded defeat and would like to request assistance please.
The system disabled code is: [i 51400001]
Unsure whether the I is relevant - and this number obviously changed when I flashed the latest BIOS so hopefully I didn't do mofd harm than good trying to go it myself!
Thanks in advance guys!

Thankyou very kindly for your prompt, and more importantly correct reply David!
May i ask - Is there some formula/conversion that is in the public domain that would enable myself (acd countless others) to be able to obtain this code ourselves without having to raise a forum post? Obviously the one's from "bios-pw" website (unsure of external link/website posting rules here), are incorrect.
I'll likely never need it again - But if the information is available, and i missed it, could you possibly point me to it?
Thanks heaps again,
Paradox
