HP ENVY notebook P4B19AV
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After several years of using this laptop, I decide to do a system image recovery with my USB system image. Somehow, it failed  with some error in the middle of image restoring, then prompted me whether to proceed. I chose not to proceed, then the laptop went back to restart. I don't see any HP logo or so, it immediately goes to black screen with

"Boot Device Not Found

Please install an operating system on your hard disk.

  Hard Disk (3F0)

  F2     System Diagnostics

In the page https://support.hp.com/rs-en/document/c01443463, I found some troubleshooting tips.

I have tried steps: hard reset, BIOS default setting, Testing Hard Drive using HP PC Hardware diagnostics. But I felt uncomfortable about "Reseat hard drive", also I don't feel like the problem is the hard drive issue. I can't proceed with HP System Recovery, since "F11" doesn't work in the boot screen. I could see a little text  "F11...System Recovery" in the left corner of the boot screen, but it disappears after 1 second.

When I go to "Boot Options Menu" by typing F9 in the start menu, it is totally empty under Boot Manager. I still can't believe that a failed system recovery bring this kind of complex trouble.

Any suggestion would be appreciated!

I followed the resetting procedure with my system recovery USB: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04742289

With the USB plugged in, I started laptop, repeatly press F11 button util HP logo shows on the screen. Then I started choose system recovery options as described in the link above.

I have tried F11 before without USB plugged in, but it didn't go to system recovery screen.

Hi
PLEASE POST ANY RESULTS.
First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat; Re-Connect the AC adapter.

NOW begin checking/testing/proving the Hardware is fit for purpose.
Power on your PC, press ESC (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).
