Product: Probook x360 11 G5 EE
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
My Probook didn't start recently : black screen, highlighting of the Shift key (2 long, 2 brief) => apparently BIOS problem.
I downloaded the more recent BIOS firmware for this laptop : sp110654.exe =>
- 1st message : HP BIOS Version Mismatch (Boot Block = v02.00, System BIOS = v04.01), I go on.
- 2nd message : Secure Boot, 'A device added is signed with the Microsoft UEFI CA and can't be used...', I click on Enter Setup.
- 3rd message : 'Battery is charging but for full performance connect higher wattage power adapter'.
And then shutdown.
I don't know what to do next.
