i have a windows hp laptop, what the problem is sometimes when i start my device it boots properly but sometimes when i start my device it gives me error that bios not found os not found?

I don't understand the part about an error message for not finding the BIOS.  That is what enables the computer components to communicate with the peripherals -- like the mouse, the keyboard, the screen.  If it could not find the BIOS, it would be completely unable to display anything, let alone an error message.

 

IF you are getting messages about no boot device, that means the internal drive is failing and will need to be replaced.

 

So what are you actually seeing?
