Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I really need some help with tjis. Never had this issue before. When I turned on my laptop it went to a blue box asking for the Administrator password. Then it locked my system. Had lock code: i 594936971

HELP...

Restart the PC, and enter this unlock passcode...64202038
