Hello, I have an HP Victus 15 laptop. I forgot the BIOS Administrator password and now I cannot access BIOS settings. I have proof that this device belongs to me. Could you please help me reset or provide an SMC.bin file to unlock the BIOS? Serial Number: [>Do not include the product serial number or any private information<] Thank you.

Unfortunately, for problem with passwords you will need to contact an HP agent.

Here is HP's official policy regarding BIOS passwords:
HP Business PCs - Forgotten or lost BIOS password | HP® Support

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

4d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.

You need to contact an HP agent and explain the problem, or take the PC to an HP authorized repair center.

Sign in to your support page
Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.
