Can you post back with the following.
1. What is the actual halt code you receive after 3 incorrect entries?
2. Whay keyboard layout does your Mini have - ie qwerty, azerty etc?

Answer: QWERTY
NOTE: the bios Master Password Genarator gives me this code back ( 74eov77kjt )
when I enter that "halt code" 2MC9422LOD

I also need to add<
I tried the RTC battery and jumper proceedures tha those was a wast of time.
I tried hard resets, power resets, going to church, getting a note from my mother, apologising to all my old girlfriends, teachers, instructors from highschool and college along with various chants and hexes. And Nothing.....

The first thing that's worth checking is if the 9th character in your halt code ( 2MC9422LOD ) is actually 0 (Zero) as opposed to the letter 'O'.
Reboot and try entering 74eov77k1t
