Hi @Yogesh71,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

HP provides built-in tools to help you recover or update the BIOS on your Pavilion 15.6 inch Laptop PC. Here's how to access and use these BIOS recovery tools.

BIOS Recovery using a USB Key

Create a BIOS Recovery USB Drive:

  • You will need another working computer and a blank USB drive with at least 8GB of storage.
  • Go to the HP Customer Support Software and Driver Downloads.
  • Enter your laptop model and select the correct operating system.
  • Download the latest BIOS Update file for your laptop.
  • Run the downloaded file on a working computer, and when prompted, choose to create a USB recovery drive.

Boot into BIOS Recovery Mode:

  • Insert the USB recovery drive into your Pavilion laptop.
  • Power off your laptop.
  • Press and hold the Windows key and B key simultaneously, then press the Power button for 2-3 seconds.
  • Release the Power button but keep holding the Windows and B keys until the HP BIOS recovery screen appears.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to recover or update the BIOS.

Using HP BIOS Update from HP Recovery Manager

If you have access to the HP Recovery Manager on your laptop, you can recover the BIOS using these steps:

  1. Turn off the laptop.
  2. Press the Power button and immediately press the F11 key repeatedly to enter the Recovery Manager.
  3. In the HP Recovery Manager, look for the option “Troubleshoot” > “Advanced options” > “UEFI Firmware Settings”.
  4. Select BIOS Update or BIOS Recovery, and follow the on-screen prompts to recover the BIOS.

BIOS Recovery using Key Combinations

  1. Power off your laptop.
  2. Hold down the Windows + V keys, then press the Power button for 2-3 seconds and release the power button.
  3. Continue holding Windows + V until the BIOS recovery screen shows up.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
