Product: Folio 9470m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Today I got my new RAM bar and I want to increase the VRAM from the BIOS, but when I when I boot up my laptop,  I press Esc + F10 ( aka BIOS setup )  it asked for BIOS administrator password. 
I don't know or even remember that I have set a password for my BIOS , I tried enter my Administrator's acc password but didn't work either and HP Spare Key is unable to use.
If anyone know how to reset/enter BIOS without password pls reply to this message, thank you.
