Hello,
I have a problem with my notebook the 15-bs104ng. I wanted to update my BIOS, the homepage of HP offers a BIOS from April 2023. But unfortunately something went wrong. The update ran normally, but after booting the display is black. The PC runs but shows nothing, have also already connected an external monitor via HDMI, no signal.
I have already tried when turning on the window key pressed + B or V tried. It changes nothing. I then flashed the BIOS to a USB. If it boots I don't see it, screen stays black. Tried second USB stick, my notebook runs but the screen stays black.
I also took out the CMOS battery and reinstalled it, unfortunately the notebook does not open easily.

 

Do you have any other idea? Am desperate
