Hi , 

My hp notebook has already the UEFI. When I press the key to enter the setup (start up) all I see is a „bios like“ blue setup domain. should it not be a setup domain with mouse support and more fancy Graphical Interfaxes with hardware monitoring Cockpit like instruments and so on ? I thought that the main differences to bios are sec.boot and that above described graphical interface. Am I wrong with that ?

Yes you are -- as there are no instruments on UEFI BIOS -- just more settings than with traditional BIOS.
