Product: Example: Pavilion g7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My notebook start with win8 but I have a problem with BIOS, when I try go to BIOS my screen rest grey.

I try many things:

reset BIOS

Instal new version F.27 - 09/07/2016

go to BIOS direct from win8 (is option in change computer settings)

nothing work!

before I instal new version F.27 I think it was F.24 and when was grey screen I conect my HP with tv (HDMI) and was work so I was think that problem is with old version BIOS then I instal F.27 and now even with tv doesn't work.

All works weel I write right now on tihis, BUT WHY I CANT SEE BIOS?!

 

Please help me, I fight with that 3 days soon this HP with windows8 I'll throw it out the window😠
