Hp 430 G3 probook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been using the laptop normally for a long time, until I decided to hibernate and now it doesn't turn on anymore. When i click the power button, the sound and wifi buttons also light up (wifi lights up yellow) and the Fan keeps spinning and spinning until it reaches a point and keeps spinning, but the screen remains dark.

Please help me!

Hello @Djesus

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community

  • Press and hold the power-on button, hold it for at least 5-6 seconds until the computer powers off
  • Get the notebook battery out and keep it out for about 30 seconds  [how to get it out >> page 33/45 >> http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04825509]
  • Insert the battery back in
  • Attempt to start the computer and let me know how it goes

Hi, thanks for replying ...

I've tried it dozens of times, but it doesn't work. After Press the power button, the problem persists, the Led On, the Fan spinning, but the Black screen!

I also tried to take out RAM and relocate, but it didn't work either.

Please help me if you have any other tips.

You are very welcome ! 😊

Please, review the HP official article/guide about such issues you experience now. Follow the appropriate steps that fit your case to attempt to fix the issue - the article is details and covers pretty much any reason for your scenario :

  • If you did try everything from the guide but nothing helped, I am afraid you will need to bring your computer (or ship it) to service - HP Authorized service center. If the computer is still under warranty, you will need to notify HP support first. If you are not sure where such a center is located, please contact HP support for assistance in finding one. Here is more info:

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes

I think it would be very complicated, almost impossible. I bought Laptoo from online sites and I believe it is no longer guaranteed.

I tried a lot to take out the memory Battery (That Round one like the calculators one) , turn on the pc without it, but it's still the same.

And when trying to restore the BIOS is just blinking Caps Lock and Num Lock, without any BIOS update screen. I also tried to download the BIOS, installed the BIOS in flash (using flash, the keys no longer blink) but unable to install (using Win + B combinations)

_Ah! I also tried to heat the Cpu/Gpu With a hair dryer (Saw that tip on YouTube).... But nothing works 😣😭😭

Is the Motherboard Dead?

Cpu dead?
