@RAJAT60, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Identify the Stop Code

When the blue screen appears, it usually displays a stop code like IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL or PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. This code could help me what the issue is about

System File Checker:

Open Command Prompt as administrator.

Type sfc /scannow and press Enter.

Wait for the scan to complete and follow any on-screen instructions.

Memory Diagnostic:

Press Windows + R, type mdsched.exe, and press Enter.

Choose to restart and check for memory problems.

Also, I suggest you refer to this guide for further troubleshooting: HP PCs - Error messages are displayed on a blue screen (Windows 11, 10) | HP® Support

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
