BOOT Issue 3F0

I need quick help.

Yesterday, I started up my laptop and it got blocked so I restarted it. Then it said Automatic Repair Starting or something like that...

After waiting a long time it got black and nothing happened, so I decided to restart then I got a screen saying this. 

- BOOT Device Not Found 

Please Install an operating system on your hard disk.

and here I am after pressing F2 I did the tests and some failed so then it said go ask help in Support.

If someone can explain me why this happened and how to fix it, I'll be grateful for your answer.
