Boot device not found
Please install an operating sysstem on your hard disk

My laptop was shipped with SSD and the seller added a HDD

@Radeck Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are getting a hard disk (3F0) error.
Do not worry. Let's work together and get this issue addressed.
Please perform the hard drive test and let us know the result.
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F2 once.
4) Go to Component test.
5) From the list, run the Hard Drive (extensive) test.

Hi Praveen. Manty thanks for your engagement. I appreciate it.
As you had recommended I did the Hard Drive test and it was passed successfully.
Please note that my notebook is HP Pavilion 15-cs2042nw.
Initially it was manufacturted with a HDD while the seller added a SSD. The Windows 10 OS is on the SSD.
Best,
Radeck

Thank you for the update.
In that case, please perform the system recovery and check.
Note: performing the recovery, you will lose the personal data and installed the applications. I would suggest you take the backup before performing the recovery.
Have a nice day!!
