Product: HP Pavilion Plus 14 inch Laptop PC 14-ey0000 (7X856AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop would crash and restart. Here's the exhaustive list of stuff I've tried to fix it (not necessarily in the order listed below):

- Command prompt cmds such as sfc, DISM, chkdsk

- Replacing drivers with HP.com and also direct AMD edition drivers

- HP PC Diagnostics (System, various component tests)

- Updating HP PC Diagnostics

- BIOS updates

- Reinstalling Windows 11

- Reinstalling Windows 11 but keeping app data

- Clean boot
