Product: Spectra x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I just purchased another Spectra x360 for work. We have 3 others that work flawlessly. I set up the computer just like the others and within 24 hour of use, the screen flickers a few times and BSOD. Non of the options will allow me to recover the pc. It no longer recognizes the C drive and operating system. I took it back to Best Buy and they said the could not fix it and gave me a new one. I set it up and with in 24 hours, same thing.

Hi Drummerdad73, i would suggest you to return it again and try purchasing it directly from HP's website.
