Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to turn on my laptop, I am getting a battery failure message. I ran the diagnostic battery test and got failure ID MBX78X-8BCA7K-GXGGQJ-C0EK03. Can someone help me understand what this error means and what I can do?

Here is a translation of the battery failure code report, minus your notebook's serial number.

 

Looking at the results of the report, I would assume you need to buy a new battery.
