Product: HP Envy x360

I have an HP Envy x360, I used the laptop 2 nights ago,then went to turn it on yesterday and I noticed the solid white light. When i try to turn it on,it flashes on once. A few weeks ago, I got a message when booting up, something about low memory battery.
