i replace my battery, and check the battery health on hp assistant support its say battery working well but needs to be calibrate. i download "HP PC hardware diagnostics windwos"  all device test passed except battery. status : calibrate and say restart the pc and run battery test.

 

when i press f2 and open uefi, it has only four option with black screen:-

Memory Test
Hard Drive Check
Language
Exit.

 

Battery test option missing. i read all article related to this issues and apply the method but no one are helpful.

i also try to install latest hp pc hardware diagnstics uefi but its not installing because of MBR reset. i try usb method but application not installed.

 

Note: recently i reinstall my windwos 10 Home.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Laptop battery.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to update the latest UEFI and run the battery test to confirm if the battery is working fine.
