Product: 250 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop doesn't turn on without battery, in addition when it turns in with battery, battery doesn't charge it said pugged in. And if I wanted to charge it I have to sleep the laptop or shut it down. My father have got same laptop I tried using his adapter and his battery and I have got same problem so it's not question of hardware.
