I have an ENVY TS 15 Notebook. Just recently, the battey stop charging. I cannot use the notebook without the AC Adapter. This what I have tried, which is from another posted msg:
Shut down the notebook, unpluged the AC Adapter, removed the battery. Plugged in the AC Adapter and started the notebook w/o the battery. Opened windows Control Panel, opened the Device Manager, and uninstalled Microsoft ACPI Compliant Method Battery (nothing else). After completion, shut down the notebook, unplugged the AC Adapter, reinserted the battery.
Nothing happen. Notebook would not come on. Still have to use the AC adapter to use the notebook.
