Product: Spectre x360 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Spectre x360 Convertible's battery has been struggling recently. A couple of weeks ago, it started shutting off when disconnected from the charger. After searching online, I updated the BIOS as a potential solution, and it worked. Then, last week, I plugged my phone into my laptop to charge it and my laptop went back to the same problem as before. I've tried updating the BIOS again as well as deleting and reinstalling the battery driver in Device Manager, but with no luck. I've done a battery test through Windows as well as through the HP Support Assistant App, and they say the battery is healthy, so I'm not sure why this would be happening. 

Do I need a new battery, or what can I do to fix this issue?
