Product: Example: Pavilion dv6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Two problems first one is i am locked out of the bios don't know administrator password after 3 times wrong it says system disabled [68912548]  and second question is after installing windows 10 on it my browser app goes crazy opening 100s of times a wont stop cant even begin to try and stop it what should i do?
