For that model you will need to contact HP in your region and they should be able to send you a customized SMC.bin file which you can use at boot to reset the password.

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.

As your suggestion i got the SMC file
and i tried the steps, but not get any result
ENSURE BIOS IS CURRENT AND DATE AND TIME IS SET CORRECTLY BEFORE RUNNING THIS TOOL.
Ensure USB key is formatted to FAT 32 and should be less than 4 GB.
Please follow these steps to reset MPM with UUID:
- Save the attached file with this e-mail to USB key as SMC.BIN and insert to the system (or save the file to the root
of drive 😧 HP_TOOLS).
- Press "Windows Key + Arrow UP Key + Arrow Down Key" all keys at same time and turn on the system.
- Release all keys and press F10.
When MPM is unlocked after running the SMC.bin file, technician needs to run wndmifit tool to program serial
number and model number and select commit and save tab NOT only commit tab otherwise you will see on boot this
message Manufacturing Program Mode Set : 0 of 10, other option 10 time power cycle the notebook will fix the
issue.
SMC Command Failure Reasons:
Wrong UUID is provided.
Try different brand and smaller size USB key.
USB key is not formatted FAT32.
Make sure use USB 2.0 port not USB 3.0 port.
BIOS, date and time should be current and updated.
Using hard drive method by using HP_TOOL partition. If there is no HP_Tools Partition,
