Is there still anyway to get smc.bin file for BIOS password reset?

We contacted local HP partners but they are all saying that HP discounted the BIOS password reset option. That the only way now is to replace motherboard/chip. 

Our company has a long history of HP notebooks loyalty and it would be disappointing not to have this option.

Sorry -- NO.

 

HP has changed their policy and no longer provides the SMC files -- as you were already told.
