Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

Hi There,

 

Hope you are all keeping well  Got a HP Pavilion Power 15-CB060sa Laptop.  Serial number [edited]

 

Kids managed to access the Bios and activate the Power on Password.

 

Now can't start the computer. done removed battery (taken back off pulled main battery.  No little battery on the board.)

 

done a bios update USB and booted using windows key plus B on power up. reflashes bios but still asks for password after its finished.

 

system disabled code i 71985668  tried loads of stuff off the internet..  But no luck as yet.

 

Can any of you help PLEASE..  Many thanks in advance.. All the best Yours  Steve x
