Microsoft Windows 11

My HP laptop carried out an automatic BIOS update through Windows Update and I am getting the following message:

"There is an issue with trusted platform module (TPM) data. Press [Y] - Reset whole TPM Press [N] - Boot with current TPM data Note: Bitlocker may require the recovery key to boot to windows."

I booted to BIOS and the TPM options have disappeared completely.

When I press "N" windows will boot but this is indeed very annoying. I did not have this problem prior to the BIOS update.

What can I do please ?
