Bios admin password for HP Elitebook Folio 9470m

I found this 9470m in good condition in our recycle and our support does not know bios password for this. I investigate this topic a little bit, and the out come is that;

- Removing cmos battery does not help

- Updating bios cannot be done, asking for password

- This model does not generate a key code after multiple wrong entery

- Called HP support in Finland and they told me, that because of the GRDB law, they do not create bin recovery file on USB 

Just wondering, is there anything doable here? I did installed Windows on it, and I can use it, but I wish to swap legacy bios to UEFI mode and update the bios.
