Product: HP OmniBook X 14 inch Laptop AI PC 14-fe1000 (A4ND0AV)

I need to boot ubuntu on my HP omnibook x. I made a bootable ubuntu USB drive and a bootable ubuntu CDROM. I changed the EF1 boot order to:
Usb cd/dvd rom drive
Internal cd/dvd rom drive
os boot manager

network boot

 

I can get the computer to load into ubuntu boot manager, by entering windows bootmanager by pressing shift while restarting... ... and selecting boot from EFI drive.

but after choosing "try or install ubuntu" the, bootmanager tries to restart to boot ubuntu but instead windows boots.
