Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I was going to upgrade from windows 7, to windows 10 on my sister laptop, but i cant boot from usb devices becuse the bios has an unknown administrator password. What to do???

From 1-Mar-2019 the HP Support Community will no longer provide BIOS/Power-on bypass support. Please contact HP directly.
