Hi @Abdurrahman136,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're encountering an issue with your computer's BIOS (Basic Input/Output System), it can potentially cause various problems with your system's startup and functionality. Here are some steps you can take to diagnose and resolve BIOS-related issues:

Check for BIOS Updates: Visit the  HP website and check if there are any BIOS updates available for your model. Sometimes, BIOS updates include bug fixes and improvements that can resolve issues you might be experiencing.

Reset BIOS Settings: If you suspect that changes in BIOS settings might have caused the problem, you can try resetting the BIOS settings to their default values. This process varies depending on your computer's manufacturer, so consult your user manual or HP website for instructions.

Inspect Hardware Connections: Ensure that all hardware components, such as RAM, CPU, and graphics card (if applicable), are properly seated in their respective slots. Loose connections or improperly installed hardware can sometimes cause BIOS-related issues.

Clear CMOS: Clearing the CMOS (Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor) can reset the BIOS settings to their default values. This process typically involves removing the CMOS battery from the motherboard for a few seconds and then reinserting it. Again, refer to your motherboard's manual for specific instructions.

Check for Hardware Issues: If you suspect that a specific hardware component might be causing the problem, try removing or replacing it to see if the issue persists. Faulty hardware can sometimes manifest as BIOS-related issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
