HP Recommended

 i can't save bios settings. i dont have OS installed And i want to install Linux. Like 1hour Before the linux i installed Windows 11but it was laggy so i decided to uninstall it. I tried everything even changed bios battery but still cant save Is there like cmd command that can disable Safe boot or something like that. I need to get that PC going as soon as possible. Any suggestions?
