HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-eu0000 (267R4AV)
  • I have an HP Envy x360 laptop. and I put bios administrator and power on password on it. and I'm starting Windows with a power-on password, but when I want to enter bios settings, it asks for the administrator password. and I forgot the administrator password. but I remember the power-on password. how can reset my password? I didn't even get the system disabled code after 3 attempts I entered the password. it shows only "authentication failed, the system locked, please press the power-on button" and again I struggle. I want to enter bios settings

<p>Sorry but in my region, there isn't any HP support service. I want to reset my bios password. Why does everyone's laptop show that the system disabled code, why does my laptop not?</p>
