Product: Hp 255 g7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have tried to use the code generator a few times and no matter what I keep getting wrong password.... 

 

My screen has a small blue box that says

                      System Disabled

                           I   95393538

 

Can some one please help . I really need to get my laptop back where I can use it.. thanks
