Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I use this laptop for my children to watch cartoons, unfortunately, some time ago the old hard drive burned down so I bought a new one.. I installed the new drive but it turned out that I have a bios password and I can't change it so that the laptop reads it correctly ... what can i do to restart or get im to the  bios help me out please.
