HP Envy - 15-bp191nd
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I customer of me has a HP Envy 15-bp191nd laptop thats not starting anymore after a recent Windows update went bad. He tried to use the HP recovery modes but without succes. No I am trying to install a new Windows on the laptop but I am stuck in the BIOS. I got the code: i-52284736 so if someone from HP can "reset" / "sent" me the "new" BIOS password so I can give the customer the laptop back before the holidays.

Thanks in advanced,

Greetings,
Marcel
