Product: HP EliteBook 820 G1 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I need to access this computer's BIOS however I am unable to since it has a password that the owner doesn't remember, I initially wanted to take out its CMOS battery to reset the BIOS but read that it does not work, what could I do?
