Product: Elitebook 8570p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
An ex employee HP EliteBook 8570p switches on automatically when I plug it to charge, was told it might be a setting from the bios , I try to access the bios setup after switching on and pressing f10 , but I was asked for a bios password which I don't have , how do I access it please.

Sorry, but basically -- you don't! BIOS passwords are encrypted into the firmware of a chip soldered to the system board. That chip is not removable, so you have to replace the entire system board with a new one to get around the password.
