Product: HP Pavilion - 14-ce2500sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop boots to a black screen and flashing caps lock.. Windows key and v shows cmos error 502. Repeated reboots same error. Removed battery no change. Created recovery bios usb with correct  bios files on it. Plugged this in with same result. Any suggestiobs appreciated.
