Bios system disabled, not code generator working

I have a HP 13-m3-u001dx and received system disabled out of nowhere. The code is i 70490753 but the generator is not working with the password it gives. Any ideas?

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

The code does not work, besides that code generator page does not work for me either, since my code is not completely numerical. The code starts with the letter (i)
