After HP suggested bios update system will not boot. Indicator lights are Caps Lock: Blinking twice white, Wifi: solid orange, Power: solid white.
The online support procedure is to hold windows and b keys while holding power for 1 sec and releasing. This does nothing at all.

Sadly, it doesn't always work. Hold the windows and B keys.Press power button for 3 seconds. Release it but continue holding the win and B keys for a few more seconds-maybe 10.

If the recovery of BIOS doesn't work, try making a usb flash BIOS recovery. Download and Save the latest BIOS file. Once downloaded click it to run- you should have an option to make a flash drive. Once made use the same procedure of Win key and B key, power button 3 seconds, continue holding Win and B till the laptop beeps or you see it reading the usb drive then release them.

This happened to me as well, close to the same date that you posted this message. Could you explain to me whether you used the USB bios recovery and keyboard keys or just used the the keyboard keys and if so which ones. Thank you
