Bios update crashed computer black screen

Boos update didn't work,tried windows v and windows b ,I still have the black screen,battery taken out reset still not firing up

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:

  1. Firstly remove the hard drive from the computer. Refer to the link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03291169
  2. Once the hard drive is removed turn on the computer without the hard drive- While booting as the computer doesn’t detect a hard drive, so it’ll automatically rollback to the previous bios.
  3. Put the HDD back in and turn it ON. It might give an error about improper shutdown. Just click continue and it should boot to windows.
