What is your Spectre x360 Convertible  ?  Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine

For security reason, please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n) on Internet.

Product No:  N1R87UA#ABA.    Current Bios Version F.54

Banhein, thank you for responding to my question. I think I answered your question with the answers you needed,  Today i received an email  that I had received a response, but I do not see anything. Being new to this process I am wondering if I am doing something wrong.     Please advise
