Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Help... First time owner Laptop. 

Click on recommend update..... Bios stuck on progress 23%.  Read to remove battery.. Press win v +B  nothing

.. Wait till run out of power and recharge?

Thanks for the quick response..... Looks like owners 250 G7. Will let the battery drain out and restart
